Certified Akashic Record Healer
In this fast-paced world, it's rare to find a place where you can truly slow down,
breathe, and simply be. I create grounded space where you feel safe to reclaim your peace.
My path began in Taiwan and grew out of my own lived experience. During the difficult
seasons of my youth, I found therapists who offered me something I didn't know I needed:
a space to feel, to grieve, and to speak without fear. I don't remember every technique
they used, but I remember how they made me feel—safe, understood, and truly seen. They
didn't fix everything, but they opened a door to self-discovery that I'm still walking through.
That experience is why I started this work. After a decade of practice, the meaning of it
has shifted. I no longer do this work only to heal; I do it because I genuinely value the
connection. Every person who sits across from me reminds me that life is rarely black and white.
To me, therapy is that field. It is a space where we can quiet the external noise and
internal judgment long enough to finally meet ourselves. I offer you a place to slow down
and reconnect. I don't have all the answers, but I know that the right relationship can
open doors you didn't know were there.
I'll be honest about what therapy is and isn't. We often think of "healing" as fixing
something broken. Sometimes that is the work we do—and we'll go there together. But more
often, what we are really searching for is this:
Acceptance of ourself and our experiences.
See you in that field.
What to Expect
Working With Me
A few things clients often want to know before we begin.
What happens in a typical session?
Sessions are 50 minutes. We'll usually start by checking in on how you've been, then explore whatever feels important or on your mind. Some sessions are more reflective; others might involve specific exercises or techniques. Therapy is a collaborative process — we'll work together to set goals and shape the direction as we go.
How do you decide which approach to use?
My approach is holistic — I draw from a range of modalities including CBT, ACT, somatic-based practices, Gestalt, and Buddhist psychology. In our first few sessions, I get to know you — how you make sense of your experiences, what feels helpful, and what you're hoping to change. From there, we find a blend that fits you, and it can evolve as our work deepens.
Who do you work with?
I work with adults of all backgrounds — different ethnicities, cultures, professions, and life stages, from age 18 to 65+. I offer sessions in both English and Mandarin. What matters most is that we're a good fit for each other.
My approach blends evidence-based therapy with a grounded spiritual perspective,
drawing from Gestalt, Narrative Therapy, ACT, and somatic practices.
